On behalf of the Chicago (IL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, it is my distinct honor and privilege to welcome you to the season of our 64th Annual Debutante Cotillion.

For more than six decades, this cherished tradition has celebrated exceptional young women and honored their grace, scholarship, leadership, character, and commitment to excellence. The Cotillion season is a meaningful journey of enrichment, personal growth, fellowship, and preparation for the bright futures that lie ahead.

We are delighted to welcome our 2027 debutantes and their families and look forward to a memorable season culminating in an elegant celebration on Saturday, May 15, 2027, at the Marriott Magnificent Mile.

We eagerly anticipate another beautiful Cotillion season marked by tradition, excellence, grace, and celebration.

It is a profound honor to serve as Chairman of the 64th Annual Debutante Cotillion, presented by the Chicago (IL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. Our debutante program has inspired young African American women for more than 60 years to dedicate themselves to a rigorous season of personal enrichment, leadership development, and meaningful community service. On a memorable spring evening, these exceptional young adults step onto our cotillion stage to be formally presented to the Chicago community—standing taller, moving with heightened poise and grace, and driven by a refined sense of purpose. It is a true privilege to lead the Cotillion Class of 2027, an extraordinarily gifted cohort whose commitment to excellence promises an unforgettable season.

It is my pleasure to serve as the Vice-Chaiman of the Chicago Links 64th Annual Cotillion. I recall vividly, the pomp and pageantry of my own participation as a Cotillion Debutante, as well as the experience as a proud parent, when my daughter, too, was presented as a debutante to the community. Both have left an indelible memory and have created a shared experience that we will cherish forever. My hope is that each debutante and escort who participates in the 2027 Links Cotillion, will create similar memories and lasting friendships, as they are introduced to society.
